We know that a father\u2019s love promotes inner growth and strength. It contributes greatly to a child\u2019s cognitive and social development. An overall sense of well-being and self-confidence is instilled in the child if the father is affectionate and supportive. We have celebrated Father\u2019s Day over the weekend in my parents\u2019 house because it was also his birthday. Now that I\u2019m older, I have learned to appreciate him more and his love for all of his children and grandchildren. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

I grew up in a household where the father was almost always away. My father would only come home once every two weeks because he worked far from us. Our mother, along with her sister, were the ones who took care of our daily needs. Being young and naive, I wondered why the situation was like that. Eventually, when I was in college, I understood why. Our father was working hard for our future. He wanted to send us to good schools. Hence, sacrificing his time with us. Fast-forward, I have become a full-fledged teacher, my brother is a lawyer. And my sister runs her own marketing and management agency supporting the Commerce industry. Suffice it to say that we all grew up okay, and a large part of that is because our father is a responsible and loving man. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

They love their children no matter what. Kids who are confident in their father\u2019s love have fewer tantrums compared to those who don\u2019t get any. A number of studies have shown this. They do everything to protect their children and provide the best they can too. A father\u2019s love aims to raise his children so they are ready to face life head-on. Kids who avoid responsibilities and have fathers who are negligent of this will fall flat on their faces sooner or later. A loving father will teach his children to own up, shape up and move forward. My father is not very showy with his emotions but we know he loves our mother so much. We can see it through his actions and even if they have different love languages, our father always has our mother\u2019s back. As a daughter who has experienced this first hand, I can truly say that a father can do much more for his kids than to love their mother unconditionally. If you\u2019re divorced, a father can still treat the mother with respect, even if it\u2019s not reciprocated. Our fathers may not be as showy as our mothers but their love is still unconditional. They may have a hard time showing it but try to focus on their actions. Why they are always away and why they are willing to make those sacrifices. You\u2019ll realize then that everything they do is for his family. So let\u2019s not be too hard on them and let\u2019s celebrate father\u2019s day every day even if our love languages are different from theirs. The bottom line is that we know that they love us unconditionally.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
