International Orders<\/b> – International Shipping<\/b><\/h2>

We ship internationally. Most orders will be shipped by International First Class Mail. The US Post Office estimates delivery for most shipments at 7-15 days. Although most parcels arrive in this time frame, there can be delays due to too many factors, including a higher volume of mail, increased security concerns, and time to clear customs. There have been instances of international parcels taking 3-6 weeks to arrive. I have no control over the postal service and, therefore can not guarantee arrival dates or give credit for delays in shipping.<\/span><\/p>

        <\/b>If a piece of jewelry requires repairing due to craftsmanship and you have paid more than $100.00, I will repair or replace it at no charge within the first 45 days. After 45 days and up to 6 months, I will fix it if possible for a small fee + shipping.<\/b><\/p>

        I will be happy to replace the elastic in the bracelets for as long you wish to wear them regardless of the reason for breakage. Please include a check to cover the cost of returning shipping in the package.<\/span><\/b><\/p>

        If the measurements you provide are not accurate, or if this is a gift and you are not able to provide exact measurements. I will be happy to adjust the size for a fee of $25.00 (shipping included)<\/span><\/p>
